Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once our team replies on WhatsApp or email with your pickup time or e-ticket.
Payment
You can pay cash or card on the day of the tour, or pay in advance through a secure payment link we send you. Attraction tickets and visas must be paid before they are issued.
Changes
Date changes are free up to 24 hours before the tour, subject to availability.
Cancellations
Full refund for cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are not refunded. Attraction tickets and visas are non-refundable once issued.
Weather and safety
If a tour is cancelled for weather or safety reasons, you can choose a new date or a full refund.
Prices
All prices are in UAE dirham (AED) and include 5% VAT.
