How do I get my booking confirmation?
After you book online you receive a booking reference straight away. Our team then confirms your pickup time and sends any e-tickets on WhatsApp, usually within 30 minutes during office hours.
Do I have to pay online?
No. You can pay cash or card on the day, or ask us for a secure payment link.
Which areas do you pick up from?
Hotels and residences across Dubai, including Deira, Bur Dubai, Downtown, Dubai Marina, JBR and Palm Jumeirah. Pickup from Sharjah and Ajman is available for a small extra charge.
Can I change my date?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before most tours. Message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference.
Are children allowed on the desert safari?
Yes. Children under 3 join free. Dune bashing is not recommended for pregnant guests, infants or people with back problems; we can arrange a camp-only transfer instead.
How long does a UAE tourist visa take?
Standard tourist visas take 3 to 5 working days. Express processing in 24 to 48 hours is available.
