Pick a non-prime or sunset (prime) time slot. Tickets are timed, and we send your e-ticket on WhatsApp.

Check-in at Dubai Mall
Go to the At the Top entrance on the lower ground floor of Dubai Mall, 20–30 minutes before your slot, and pass the security check.

Ride to level 124 in about one minute.

Indoor deck and outdoor terrace
Enjoy 360-degree views of the city, the desert and the Gulf from about 452 metres, including the outdoor terrace.
- Level 125
Higher views
Take the stairs or lift to level 125 at about 456 metres for more views and interactive displays.

Return to Dubai Mall
Go down at your own pace. Most visitors spend 45–90 minutes. Stay in Downtown for the Dubai Fountain show in the evening.
Visit at your own pace. Opening hours and time slots are set by the attraction and shown on your e-ticket.
Know before you go
- Arrive 20–30 minutes before your slot. Late arrivals may not be admitted and tickets cannot be changed or refunded once issued.
- Sunset slots are the most popular and sell out first; book early.
- Infants under 4 usually enter free. Children's prices apply up to age 12; we confirm ages when you book.
- Outdoor terrace access can be limited in bad weather. On hazy days visibility can be reduced.
- Large bags, sharp objects and lighters are not allowed and can be left at the luggage room.
