Hotel pickup
Your driver collects you from your hotel or residence in Dubai in a 4x4 Land Cruiser (pickup window 3:00–3:30 PM, exact time sent on WhatsApp the evening before).

Arrive at the desert
A short stop at the desert edge while the driver lowers tyre pressure for the sand. Time for photos and a restroom break.
- 4:15 PM
Dune bashing
About 30 minutes of thrilling driving over the red dunes with an experienced, licensed safari driver. Tell the driver if you prefer a gentler ride.
- 5:30 PM
Sunset photo stop
Stop on a high dune to watch the sun go down over the desert (exact time changes with the season).
- 6:15 PM
Welcome at the camp
Arabic coffee, dates and water on arrival at our Bedouin-style camp.
- 6:30 PM
Camp activities
Short camel ride, sandboarding on a nearby dune, henna painting and photos in traditional dress.
- 7:30 PM
BBQ dinner
Buffet dinner with grilled chicken and lamb, rice, salads, vegetarian dishes and desserts. Water and soft drinks are included.
- 8:00 PM
Live shows
Tanoura (whirling dervish), fire show and belly dance performance on the central stage.
- 9:00 PM
Drive back to Dubai
Relax on the way back. You arrive at your hotel around 10:00–10:30 PM.

Know before you go
- Dune bashing is not recommended for pregnant guests, children under 3, or anyone with back, neck or heart problems. You can choose to skip the dune drive and travel on a smooth route instead.
- The shared option means you travel with other guests (up to 6 per car). Choose the private 4x4 if you want the car for your group only.
- During Ramadan and on some public holidays, live shows may be paused and dinner times can change. We will tell you before you travel.
- Sunset time varies from about 5:30 PM in winter to 7:10 PM in summer, so pickup times move with the season.
- Vegetarian, vegan and child-friendly food is available at the buffet. Tell us about any allergies when you book.
What to bring
- Comfortable clothes and closed shoes or sandals you can walk on sand with
- Sunglasses and sunscreen
- A light jacket from December to February, when desert evenings get cool
- Cash or card for optional extras (quad bikes, photos, souvenirs)
- Motion sickness tablets if you are sensitive
Cancellation policy
Free date change up to 24 hours before. Full refund for cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour; no refund for no-shows. Tickets and visas are non-refundable once issued. Read the full booking terms.
