Arrive 15 minutes early at the flyboard base and sign the safety form.
- Briefing
Lesson on the beach
Your instructor explains body position and hand signals, and fits your life jacket, helmet and boots.
- Session
Learn to fly
In the water, the instructor controls the power from the jet ski and talks to you by radio. Most guests rise out of the water within the first few minutes.
- Tricks
Hover and dive
Once you are comfortable, try hovering higher and dolphin dives.
- Return
Finish
Return to the beach to rinse off.

Know before you go
- Minimum age is usually around 12 to 14, depending on the operator; under-18s need a parent's consent.
- Good balance and basic fitness help. You will fall in the water many times, and that is part of learning.
- A life jacket and helmet are always worn. You do not need to be a strong swimmer.
- Not suitable during pregnancy or for anyone with back, neck or heart problems.
