Arrive at least 15 minutes before your time slot with your passport copy.
- Check-in
Weigh-in and briefing
Staff check your weight and height and give a safety briefing.
- Launch
Up to the platform
Go up to the launch platform, about 170 metres high, and get harnessed in a lying position.
- Ride
Superman flight
Fly about 1 km between the Marina towers at speeds of up to around 80 km/h.
- Landing
Dubai Marina Mall area
Land at the end platform and return to the meeting point.

Know before you go
- Age 12 to 65. Riders under 18 need a parent's consent, and riders aged 12–16 must be with a legal guardian.
- Height over 130 cm and weight between 45 kg and 100 kg.
- Phones and loose items are not allowed during the ride.
- Closed shoes are required; skirts, dresses and flip-flops are not allowed.
- Not suitable during pregnancy or with serious medical conditions.
