Know before you go
- Flights depend on the weather. If the pilot cancels for wind or visibility, you can rebook another day or get a full refund.
- Guests usually need to be at least 5 years old. Not suitable for pregnant guests or anyone with recent surgery, heart conditions or serious back problems.
- You stand in the basket for the whole flight; there are no seats.
- The flight is calm and smooth, even for people who are nervous of heights.
